Mega D3 3.0 features MK4 and MK7 instead of vitamin K1. MK4 and MK7 are forms of vitamin K2 which is the animal form of vitamin K, while vitamin K1 is the plant form of vitamin K. MK4 specifically has stronger research supporting significant health benefits than vitamin K1.
