Recommended Use or Purpose: Helps to maintain cognitive function during aging.

Recommended Dose – Adults: Take 2 capsules 3 times a day with meals.

Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you have kidney disease, if you have been instructed to follow a low protein diet or if you experience symptoms of cognitive decline. Also contact a health care practitioner prior to use if you have been diagnosed with a neurological disorder or a cardiovascular disorder.

Contra-indications: Do not use if you have primary systemic L-carnitine deficiency or secondary L-carnitine deficiency (inborn errors of metabolism) for which supplementation should be prescribed by a health care practitioner. Known adverse reactions: Nausea, constipation, insomnia, restlessness, agitation, headache and dizziness have been reported. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (transient nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, and diarrhoea) have been observed. Overstimulation and/or insomnia have been reported. Discontinue use if symptoms persist or worsen. Low incidences of seizures have been reported with oral doses in individuals with or without pre-existing seizure disorders.
