Directions
Mix 1 scoop (5 g) of Creatine into water or beverage of your choice or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
We recommend 1 scoop of Creapure® creatine monohydrate powder to 13-16 oz of chilled water, or alternatively, your preferred fruit juice. Use a shaker, shake vigorously for 10 seconds or stir for approximately 10-15 seconds.
