Recommended use or purpose: Dandelion is traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to increase the amount of urine to achieve flushing of the urinary tract as an adjuvant in minor urinary complaints. Recommended dose: Adults : Take 2 capsules 2 times daily. To ensure an increase of the amount of urine, adequate fluid intake is required during treatment. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products. Take with food.
